How to Enter.
The Handango Holiday Device Giveaway begins 12/2/05. One winner for will be selected on 12/19/05, 12/26/05, 1/2/06, 1/9/06, and 1/16/06. Each winner will win one Windows Mobile device and one $100.00 Handango gift certificate for a total of 4 devices and 5 $100.00 gift certificates. All entries must be received no later than midnight CST, January 16,2006. Receipt of entries will not be verified.

Entries must be submitted in one of two ways: (1) Web Site - online purchase will automatically create 1 entry per application purchased; (2) By Mail - mail a 4" x 6" card with your name, address, e-mail address, and where you saw this promotion, and mail to: Handango, ATTN: Marketing Department/Holiday Device Giveaway, 305 NE Loop 820, Suite 200, Hurst, TX, 76053. Mail-in entries must be received no later than January 16, 2006. Incomplete entries will not be considered valid.

Prize Details.
Winners will be awarded a Windows Mobile Pocket PC or Smartphone. Device selection is based on availability. In addition, one $100 Handango gift certificate will be awarded to each winner. The prizes will be shipped directly to the prize winner's home. In the event Handango is unable to ship the prizes directly to prize winner's home address due to postal restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of Handango, or if the described prizes are otherwise unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Handango reserves the right to substitute a prize of like value. Prize is not transferable, no cash equivalent permitted and no substitutions will be made except as required by availability. The prize winner(s) are responsible for reporting and payment of all taxes (including federal, state and local, if any) on account of the prizes. Prize winner(s) are responsible for all fees and charges to activate and provide service for the device. Return of any prize or prize notification as "undeliverable" will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes claimed will be awarded. Only one prize per family or household will be awarded.

Mechanical/Automated Entries Prohibited.
Automated entries are prohibited. Any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. Entry materials or data that have been tampered with or altered are void. Handango is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected or stolen entries or transmissions, or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic. Once submitted, entries become the sole property of Handango and will not be returned.

Eligibility.
This contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or over as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Handango are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANTS UNCONDITIONALLY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS OF THESE CONTEST RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF HANDANGO. Any winner who does not comply with the Contest Rules will be disqualified. Ineligible entrants may be disqualified at any time at the sole discretion of Handango.

Proof of Identity.
Handango reserves the right to require winner to submit proof that they are the authorized winner by submitting legal identification (state id or passport). In case of dispute as to identity of a winner, such entry will be declared as being submitted by the registered user of the email account at the time the entry was submitted, and if a prize is won, and such registered user is a valid entrant, the prize will be awarded to such registered user. Participants may not enter using multiple names. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times, other than as permitted.

Release of Liability.
Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility, and where lawful, publicity consent agreement, all within five (5) days of acknowledged notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected.

Notification of Winners.
The winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail within 30 days of selection. Any prize returned as undeliverable will result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate winner. Handango is not responsible for lost, misdirected, or delayed mail. Nor is any responsibility assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, including but not limited to malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Handango reserves the right to cancel the contest if it becomes technically corrupted. By submitting an entry and accepting the prize, each winner consents to the use of his/her name, hometown, photograph, and likeness in promotional materials without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries received. Contest is void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
