This is a revolutionary map application for Symbian S60 3rd edition mobile phones. Using the familiar A-Z roadmaps (based on maps of 1:600,000) in all their detail and reliability, it looks just like the paper book. It is very easy to use, and very fast. In fact, this could be the fastest raster map application of Great Britain ever created for a Symbian smartphone.
The application does not need a wireless connection. No connection charges, no monthly charges. Use it as often as you like.
The maps are stored on the memory card of your phone. This is part of the reason why this application is so fast. The other reason is the unique map technology developed by Lumisoft Ltd.
Is this another navigation application? No, it's not. Navigation software tells you where to turn based on information from separate GPS device. This Roadmap application does not tell you where you are (it will in the next release), but you can find any town extremely quickly. This application is an ideal companion to a GPS system, or a superb mobile map on itself.
No need to print a map from the internet any more! This application works fine regardless of where you are since it does not need a GPS signal and it does not need a wireless connection either! It does not even need a GPS device.
