Overview
This utility calculates recipes for setting up polymerase chain reactions (PCR) for use amplifying DNA in a molecular biology lab.

You enter a minimal amount of information and it calculates the rest. Saves lots of time at the benchtop!

You can store three different configurations for easily covering many different PCR conditions.

I really love this software. No more boring calculations before PCR-setup, just punch in the number of setups and start pipetting...all I need now is a slave or robot to do the pipetting:-)
