I installed the product, did a backup to my memory card and then to my PC, then, being a crazy risk taker, did a hard reset on my PPC wiping out everything! I did a restore from the PC backup (two clicks!! Click on the "Restore" option in the PC agent and select the backup file). When it was finished, my PPC was *exactly* back to where it began. No problems with contacts, calendar, etc not being restored like with activesync backup. Get this if you want easy, complete backup of your PPC!!
