A Contact Manager that works!!

I've been looking for a contact manager that works and this one does. It will change how you manage your contacts and organize your PDA. Bravo PocketX Software Inc. for a great product.
If you want there incoming caller ID to work you'll have to make one change to the registry settings. You can use a myriad of programs to do this. I use advanced config and just disable the HTC default dialer. After that you should be fine. I have a Touch pro and this is what I had to do in order to fix it. Changing your registry is for advanced users so be careful!! I understand PocketX has a great support team so if your not feeling comfortable doing this I'm sure they can walk you through the steps.

but perhaps of equal importance, I have found the customer service
department of this company to be technically proficient, prompt in their
replies and frankly a pleasure to deal with. I will recommend them to anyone.

Flaws Finally Fixed with Version 5.10

This has always been an excellent program but the last couple of versions have had some minor flaws. Version 10 has finally gotten it right. The problems with the Reject+SMS and Reject actually do work. I've had the new version for about 10 days and haven't had any problems. The only problem that still does exist is when soft-resetting the phone, the splash screen will not go off and the program will not fully boot up. The work-around is as follows: 1. Open the Photo Contacts Pro program. 2. Go to Tools, then Options. 3. Uncheck the boxes that say "Load Program on Startup and "Display Splash Screen." Then exit the program. The next time you soft-reset your phone (and I recommend at least once a week), you will have to go in to Programs and open up the Photo Contacts program to begin running it. You will have no problems with Photo Contacts Pro after that. Kudos to the developers of this program. They are always trying to improve their product and respond to emails usually within 24 hours. I recommend this program for anyone who likes privacy when it comes to their phone calls. I love the Reject+SMS and the Hangup features.
